Merlinhawk Aerospace has built a reputation of being a trusted solutions provider in the aerospace and defence sectors since inception. For over two decades, Merlinhawk Aerospace has been collaborating with Pasquali Group, Italy towards providing high-tech customised equipment and solutions in the field of microwave systems and components for various sectors especially defence, aerospace and telecommunications.
Under this collaboration, Merlinhawk Aerospace has a long association with Vega Composites, Italy (one of the companies of Pasquali Group) towards developing cutting-edge composite components and products for defence, space and civilian applications. Taking the collaboration between Merlinhawk and Vega Composites forward, the two firms have come together to form a Joint Venture ‘Merlinhawk Composites and Engineering Private Limited’ in 2024 with the mission to provide innovative and customised high-tech composite products and solutions to the Defence & Aerospace customers worldwide.

Merlinhawk Aerospace has been awarded the Raksha Mantri Excellence Award in 2022 and SIDM Champion Award in 2024 for the indigenization of engine tester for fighter aircrafts.

Vega Composites was founded by highly skilled technicians in the engineering industry, who were dedicated to the design and manufacture of composite structures, special steels, light alloys, and titanium.
